The farmhouse is located in a hilly area. At the entrance of the farmhouse, there is a bus stop for all the beaches of Lerici and San Terenzo. Within a 10-minute drive, you can reach the beaches of Fiascherino and the seaside village of Tellaro (Winner of the Most Beautiful Village in Italy). In Lerici's pier, during the summer period, boats depart for Portovenere and the 5 Terre.
